Resilience Scale Kit

The hands-on resilience scale is interactive, educational and simple to use. This kit comes with the scale, weights (10 of each disc size) with instructions and a master copy of the worksheets.

The design is based on years of research by the Harvard Centre on the Developing Child, the Resilience Scale metaphor created by the Alberta Family Wellness Initiative (AFWI) and adapted by the Foothills Wellness Collective.
